Property and Cancellation Policies

Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Our agents are instructed to follow this policy and rules.

• Cancellation or changes to a reservation made through a third party must be done through the third party. 
• You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to check-in without penalty.
• Cancellations within the 48 hour window will incur a Cancellation Fee equal to (1) night's stay.
• Guest that do not show up for their reservation will be charged a No Show Fee equal to (1) night's stay.

Group Cancellations

• Group reservations, made by the attendee, are cancellable up until 72 hours prior to arrival
• Cancellations within 72 hour window will incur a Cancellation Fee equal to (1) night's stay
  

Terms and Conditions

Room charges will incur 13.325% tax - $2.13 destination fee & $12 hotel Service fee per night.

Parking and WiFi are covered by the Hotel Service Fee.

A Valid Credit Card matching a Driver's License must be presented at check-in.

Cash payments are not accepted.

Payment for the entire stay will be collected at check-in.

Guest must be 18 years old to check in.

Stayover housekeeping service is available by request only.

If you desire a Tidy Clean Service please notify the front desk the day before.
