  • What time is check-in?

    Standard check-in begins at 4 PM.

  • When and how do I check out?

    Check-out is by 11 AM at the front desk. Swing by to hand in your keys and say goodbye—until next time!

  • Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

    Absolutely! Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability, with a fee of $30 for early check-ins before 3 PM or late check-outs after 12 PM. Let us know your plans, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • What if I arrive before check-in?

    Early check-ins depend on room availability at the time of your arrival. If your room isn’t ready, we’d be happy to store your luggage while you explore Sedona.

  • Do you offer luggage storage?

    Yes! You can leave your bags with us while you roam Sedona’s trails, shops, or restaurants.

  • What’s your cancellation policy?

    Cancel at least 48 hours before your check-in date to avoid charges. If you booked through third-party sites like Booking.com or Expedia, their cancellation policies apply. For the most flexibility and best experience, book directly with us via our website or phone.

  • How do I cancel my reservation?

    You can cancel directly on our website or by giving us a call. We’ll take care of it!

  • Do you have minimum stay requirements?

    Yes, some weekends and holidays require a two-night minimum stay.

  • Is parking available?

    Yes, and it’s complimentary for all our guests.

  • Where’s the parking lot?

    Our parking lot is located right on the property. Many guests find that they can park right outside or near their room for added convenience.

  • How is my room guaranteed?

    Your reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

  • Do I need to be a certain age to book a room?

    Yes, you need to be at least 18 years old with a valid photo ID to book a room.

  • How far are you from Sedona’s uptown area?

    We’re just 3.5 miles from the heart of Sedona’s uptown area—a short drive or bike ride away from all the shops, galleries, and restaurants.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Yes, we’re pet-friendly! There’s a $30 fee per pet, per night. Your furry friends deserve a getaway too!

  • Do you offer accessible rooms?

    Yes, we have a queen-bed accessible room conveniently located on the first floor, just steps away from our parking area.

  • Is there an elevator?

    No, we don’t have an elevator. Rooms on the second level are accessible via stairs.

  • Can I smoke in my room?

    No, we are a non-smoking property. Smoking in rooms will incur a $250 deep cleaning fee—best to take it outside!

  • Are there fridges in the rooms?

    : Yes, all rooms come with a mini-fridge. For those staying in our kitchenette rooms, you’ll also find a full-size fridge, induction stovetop, dishwasher, and sink for your convenience.

    We offer full cleaning service after the third night of your stay or upon request. Stayover cleaning is available on request.

  • Do you have laundry facilities?

    Yes, we have a coin-operated washer and dryer for guest use. Perfect for freshening up after a day on Sedona’s trails.

    Absolutely! Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property to keep you connected.
